    Am reusit sa pornesc Windowsul. ce program pot folosi pentru a depista problema?

    Am reinstalat windowsul de 5 ori de cand l-am luat si tot continua sa imi apara eroarea asta... Am pus prima data pe el Windows 8.1 si am zis ca o fi vreo problema de la el, apoi 7 si tot continua sa faca asa la o anumita perioada de timp... P.S.: Laptopul l-am cumparat de aproape o luna.

    De curand am cumparat un laptop si imi tot apare BSoD cu: ***STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFFFFF880009A97E8, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). Pe el am windows 7. Componentele pc-ului sunt: procesor AMD Quad-Core A4-5000 (1, 5 ghz), 4 gb RAM DDR3, 500 gb HDD, placa video AMD Radeon HD 8330. De la ce poate fi si ce pot face? Multumesc!
