salut , ma poate ajuta cineva cu asta? doresc efectul 14 hover la banerul meu de pe forum ipb , mi se pare ca nu se potrivesc codurile , nu am experienta mare html , css , help va rog . as dorii codul plus indicatiile unde si ce pun , multumesc
