Joe Kucan a inceput sa lucreze pentru Westwood Studios in 1994 si a regizat si a jucat in toate jocurile Command & Conquer cu exceptia lui Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 (unde a fost doar regizor) si a lui Command & Conquer: Generals (in care nu exista imagini filmate). Joe Kucan este unul dintre cele mai dure si reprezentative personaje ale seriei. Kane, liderul mesianic/profetic al miscarii religioase fanatice NoD. Joe Kucan va juca si in expansionul Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath pentru PC si Xbox 360.
