Adaugare Bannere Miscatoare Cu Parteneri In Header Ipb

Salut, tcmai ce mi-am deschis o comunitate de gaming si as dori daca aveti cunostintele necesare si in masura sa-mi spuneti cum pot adauga si eu o banda sub banner in care sa pun serverele oficiale ale comunitatii si acestea sa se miste....Exact ca aici:
