Adaugare Hover La User_Fields Din Ipb?

Salut PCT Am si eu nevoie de un mic ajutor , am incercat sa fac , ca atunci cand treci cu mouse'ul peste informatiile de profil sa apara un hover cu un border bottom sau un background .. am reusit dar nu chiar cum mi'am dorit nu are latimea cat este user_fields .. latimea unde sunt incadrade informatiile:
