Intră in ACP -> Other Apps -> IPB ShoutBox -> Settings -> Hook: Global Shoutbox Și, o să găsești

Global Shoutbox Look

  pe care-l o să-l găsești ( la tine ) pe Theme 1 , Schimbă-l pe Theme 2 și gata.
