Arata diferit in topic la staff

Salut, stie cineva cum scot acel background diferit care il arata la staff in topic? Exemplu, tema are background-ul negru, la useri arata negru in topic, dar la staff se face toata casuta alba.

Când iți arată in modul ăla e pentru că evidențiază posturile făcute de STAFF-ul forumului. Se poate schimba: lasă-ne link-ul de la forum.
