Infrumusetare userinfopanel (ipb 4.4)

Salut , vin si eu sa va cer ajutorul in ceva, cum as putea sa pun iconte in fata sagetilor  , si sa infrumestez putin acest userinfo , Folosesc versiunea ipb 4.4. Multumesc anticipat
