Cum Putem Scapa De Balonare?

Nu stii cum sa scapi de balonare? Atunci te sfatuim sa eviti alimentele ce pot fi greu de digerat. Dintre acestea, amintim lactatele, unele fructe, legume, cereale, guma de mestecat si racoritoarele.


Se recomanda a se consuma alimente cu un nivel scazut de lactoza, precum branza tare si iaurtul.

Este bine sa evitam de asemenea merele si perele si sa optam pentru consumul de struguri si citrice.

In ceea ce priveste alimentatia ce contine in compozitie grau, alimentele ce provoaca balonare sunt orzul sau secara. La acest capitol se recomanda a se consuma mai mult orez, ovaz sau porumb.

De asemenea, specialistii recomanda a se reduce consumul de soia, mazare, linte, fasole, varza,iar daca ne place totusi fasolea sa incercam ca inainte de a o prepara sa o lasam in apa peste noapte.
