Has anybody used Google+ yet?

If so, what are your opinions about it. I haven't used it yet but I'm keen to know what others think about it.

Also, im using Google+, not that much though. Its ok, the design is simple and its pretty easy to use. I mostly like it just because there are not so many retarded kids as on Facebook since its invitation based.
