Cum Poti Scapa De Constipatie?

Poti apela la cateva trucuri care iti vor fi utile in situatiile de urgenta:

1. Bea dimineata pe stomacul gol un pahar cu apa calduta cu sau fara zeama de lamaie.

2. Dupa apa calduta poti sa bei un pahar cu apa in care sa adaugi 1 lingurita de tarate de psyllium si 1 lingurita de seminte de in macinate pe care le gasesti in orice magazin naturist si nu sunt scumpe.

3. Prepara-ti apoi o cana cu ceai de musetel, chimen sau fenicul.

4. Poti sa mai bei apoi o cana cu ceai din seminte de in. Pune 250 mililitri de apa la fiert si adauga 1 lingurita de seminte de in intregi. Lasa sa dea in clocot, opreste focul si lasa 2-3 minute la infuzat. Se poate consuma ca atare sau poti sa strecori semintele, dupa cum precizeaza dr. Jensen in cartea sa.

5. Mananca 5-6 prune uscate sau o lingurita de magiun natural de prune (neaparat fara adaos de zahar).

De asemenea, daca ai probleme frecvent cu constipatia inseamna ca:

  • nu consumi fibre alimentare (fructe, legume, seminte de in, tarate de psyllium);
  • consumi prea multe grasimi;
  • consumi in exces lactate pasteurizate;
  • faci exces de faina;
  • faci abuz de zahar.
