Fumatul este un viciu care creaza mari probleme, in special de sanatate. Unii fumatori, constienti de riscurile tutunului, vor sa renunte la acest viciu, dar nu stiu cum.

Laptele si produsele lactate sunt cele mai la indemana. Pe langa faptul ca este foarte sanatos, laptele are si acest efect. Un pahar taie pofta de tutun, iar cei care totusi au incercat, au constatat ca tigara avea un gust prost.

Si legumele va ajuta sa va lasati de fumat. Tigara fumata dupa consumul de telina, morcovul, broccoli, dovleceii, castravetii sau vinetele iti lasa in gura un gust neplacut. De asemenea, aceste legume ajuta la scaderea dependentei de nicotina. Evitati in schimb, legumele mai dulci precum mazarea sau porumbul. Glucoza din ele mareste pofta de nicotina.
