Microsoft A Fost Data In Judecata Pentru Spatiul "lipsa" Din Surface!

Cu ceva timp in urma, s-a vorbit aici: , despre "lipsa" de spatiu cu care vine tableta celor de la Microsoft.

Ei bine, Andrew Sokolowski s-a hotarat sa dea in judecata Microsoft considerand ca ce a facut Microsoft este inadmisibil si ca merita sa plateasca pentru asta. Avocatul sau, Rhett Francisco spune ca Andrew nu vrea ca Microsoft sa-i plateasca bani pentru pagube materiale sau altceva, ci doar sa rectifice informatiile referitoare la spatiul de stocare de pe Surface.

Microsoft spune ca procesul nu-si are rostul, ca oamenii stiu ca sistemul de operare ocupa din spatiul de stocare si ca pot sa-l extinda cu un card micro SD sau cu o unitate de stocare pe USB:

"We have only asked that Microsoft correct its unlawful practices by providing consumers with notice of the true characteristics of the Surface tablets and that Microsoft refund profits from sales it obtained as a result of misrepresenting the characteristics of its Surface tablets."

Cel mai probabil procesul nu va fi castigat, intrucat pe unitatea de stocare scrie 32GB, insa intentia lui Andrew mi s-a parut interesanta.

De ce? Adica si pe compu' meu cand l-am cumparat scria 160 gb, dar tot ceva era ocupat de sistemu' de operare... Orice calculator/smartphone/tableta/laptop/etc. ar trebui sa fie afectat de prostia asta..

La urma urmei, daca vrea toti cei 32 de gb, nu-l opreste nimeni sa stearga sistemu de operare..
