Problema Script Amxbans: User Does Not Have All The Required Privileges

SAlut am si eu o problema cu scriptul web amxBans. Am incarcat totul si am instalat , cand am ajuns la baza de date, am bagat ce imi cerea, n-am gresi nimic, dar totusi primesc eroarea: User does not have all the required privileges!

 

 

Am uitat  sa zic am folosit un host free, am mai instalat pe acelasi host si a mers dar nu am fost activ si l-au inchis.....
