Acesta include 3 misiuni single player ce ne vor pune in rolul unor soldati din factiuni diferite, iar actiunea se va petrece in zone cunoscute din Metro 2033. De asemenea, ne vor fi puse la dispozitie si cateva arme noi, iar daca dorim sa ne testam rezistenta in joc putem incerca unul dintre cele 3 moduri challenge.
