Cerere Hook Server List Ipb Si Efecte Legenda

Salut vreau si eu niste hok-uri:

1.Hook-ul acela cu lista servere care se plimba pe ecran

2.Legenda sa apara pe centrul ecranului si sa apara ceva gen Legenda Forum.Ro(deasupra gradelor)

3.Si un hook cu servere care sa apara jos.

 

Si vreau sa fac si eu asa la legenda(codurile sa mi le spuneti)

1.Sa apara gradele precum ar fi 3D

2.Efect sclipire la fondator(vedeti in poza)

3.Efect sclipire administrator(vedeti in poza)
