Eroare Chmod 777 La Instalarea Ipb 3.4.6

Salut am o problema dupa ce am bagat toate fisierele in FTP, intru pe site si-mi da eroarea asta :

si dupa ce il schimb imi apare alta eroare:

Permisiunile sunt modificate insa nici o schimbare .
Imi poate spune cineva cum o rezolv?
