Iconitele Din Windows 8 Apar Cu O Fila Alba Peste

Salut, am o problema la calculatorul meu ce foloseste Windows 8 Pro, si anume iconitele apar ciudat (cu o fila peste ele).

Atasez mai jos si o imagine:

 

 

Cum se poate rezolva?

Totusi , zic sa incerci ce te - am rugat .

Ma implic caci am avut o problema asemanatoare [ Unknown Icons ] tot pe Windows 8  .

Daca muti iconita, tot la fel apare? Mie imi pare doar ca sa creat o iconita noua peste cea veche, si nu are nume (sau acelasi nume ca cea de inainte).

My solution:
After trying most of what was recommended (system restore, registry edits, rebuilding iconcache.deb in several ways) none of which worked, I finally got my icons back
Go here: http://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/
and get the trial version of IconPackager, install it, use it to switch to any icon package, then switch back (if you want to) the standard windows icons.
And voilà... all icons back.
