Problema No Hp Recovery Manager Installed

Am incercat sa instalez programul "Manager Recovery" de pe site-ul official HP, dar nu-l pot instala! Primesc: Softpaq does not apply to the system, no HP Recovery Manager installed.

Am W7 x64 Home Premium.
