Eu de exemplu, nu as trece pe 8.1 acum, ci daca as vrea un upgrade as trece la 10.Cele mai mari diferente pentru utilizatorul obisnuit intre Windows 7 si Windows 8/8.1 sunt: interfata Metro, lipsa meniului de start asa cum il stiau.Vezi un topic asemanator si pe aici: Te-ai inregistrat?
