Problemă placa video

Hei,  astazi am achiziționat  o placa video Radeon Sapphire r7 250 in urma unui upgrade, dupa ce am montat placa video pe placa de baza si am pornit pc am sesizat ca acesta nu booteaza,  adica porneste dar nu se intampla nimic la ecran,  si am mai văzut  ca,  coolerul placii video  porneste doar cateva secunde dupa care se oprește. Care  este problema,  ce as putea face?
