Daca dintr-un motiv anume nu aveti acces la Control Panel, puteti incerca urmatoarele comenzi, din START -> RUN

Majoritatea functioneaza in toate variantele de Windows, desi cele legate de securitate, nu functioneaza in 2k/XP
