Call of Duty: World at War, sau mai bine zis CoD 5 (Call of Duty 5), se pregateste sa intre in magazine incepand cu 11 Noiembrie 2008. Cei ce vor face preorder la joc, versiunea PC sau Xbox360, vor avea acces garantat la Multiplayer BETA, care va incepe in Octombrie 2008.

Call of Duty 5, dupa spusele creatorilor, este programat sa apara pe PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, o varianta adaptata pe DS de n-Space.
