Poate daca ati jucat Postal, stiti ca Postal 2 are un mod de joc numit Capture the Babe. Ei bine, Bioshock 2 va avea un mod numit Capture the Sister. Acest mod se va putea juca 5 vs 5, iar obiectivul va fi acela de a duce Little Sister adversa intr-un loc de pe harta si astfel veti acumula puncte.
