Ce Trebuie Sa Facem Cand Nu Avem Somn?

Multora dintre noi ni se intampla sa mergem la culcare si sa nu ne ia somnul,ei bine am gasit o lista de cauze:

  • temperatura (daca iti este frig nu vei reusi sa adormi)
  • lumina din camera (atunci cand este intuneric corpul tau este mult mai receptiv la somn)
  • linistea
  • relaxeaza-ti toti muschii
  • inchide ochii si respira adanc
  • gandeste-te la lucruri relaxante
  • inchide ochii si gandeste-te la cel mai relaxant si frumos loc unde ai fost vreodata.


Nu fi foarte stresat ca nu poti sa adormi,gandul acesta te mentine treaz!
