Dieta Toamnei

"Fructele de toamna,precum prune sau struguri care au un continut ridicat de fructoza,e bine sa fie evitate daca vrem sa slabim" ne sfatuieste biologul Livia Nena.

Trebuie sa evitam legumele bogate in hidrati de carbon.

Intr-o cura ce slabire trebuie sa evitam mazarea,cartofii si fasolea boabe deoarece ingreuneaza procesul.Cei mai potriviti sunt morcovii,care dau sentiment de satietate si sunt foarte sanatosi.


Ce fructe trebuie sa consumam?

  • mere
  • banane
  • pere
  • pepene

Legumele sunt cele mai indicate alimante care fac trecerea dintre vara si anotimpul rece mai usor de suportat.
