Videoclipul a fost regizat de Jonas Akerlund, iar piesa Hold It Against Me este primul single extras de pe albumul Femme Fatale si a ajuns deja pe primul loc in topul celor mai ascultate si bine-vandute piese din SUA, Billboard Hot 100.
