Ecran Negru La Pornire Windows 7 Ultimate

Salut, mi-a trimis sora mea un Dell latitude d620 in stare excelenta numai ca atunci cand il pornesc dupa ce-mi arata loading windows imi apare ecranul negru.La inceput imi facea asa o data la 2 saptamani dar acuma imi face apropae de fiecare data.Mentionez ca inca vad mouse-ul, imi apare task manager, numai in rest totul este negru.Daca dau loggoff si ma logez din nou totul merge bine.In rest nu sacadeaza, jocuri/filme/programe merg excelent.

Dca laptopu chiar a venit cu win7 genuine, ori are lipit pe fund o eticheta cu codu de activare, ori trebuia sa vina cu CD sau DVD de instalare.. Recovery Disk gen, nu scrie in mod explicie ca e windows neaparat. Sau are o partitie ascunsa unde e installeru (unchiumiu sia luat recent laptop, si avea o partitie deasta...si apasai doar un buton si el reinstala windowsu din partitia aia).

 

TuneUpUtilities -> ial si incearca sa cureti tot ce prinzi.. Ccleaner, dezinstaleaza TOT (inclusiv drivere) si vezi daca tot asa face... porneste in safe mode

Laptopul are pe el un sticker

Windows Vista Capable(Daca duce vista, mai mult ca sigur n-o face probleme cu win7)

Laptopul avea original pe el windows Vista, dupa a avut xp iar inainte sa mi-l trimita a pus sora mea win7.N-am primit nici-un cd dar am un folder cu driverele laptopului.Revin cu edit dupa ce incerc tot ce mi-ati propus.Thx

Eu din cate stiu am windows genuine :)) Nu spun ca stiu cum sa-mi dau seama daca este sau nu, dar atata timp cat isi face update si pot descarca de pe site-uri oficiale fara sa am probleme, pentru mine e genuine :D .Dupa ce-am facut ce mi-ai zis, porneste normal si totul este ok.Multumesc :)
