Problema Conexiune Internet: Error 651

Salutare,
De vreo doua zile am o problema cu conexiunea la internet prin cablu si o sa incerc sa explic cat de bine pot.

Am un laptop asus g53jw,windows 7 64 bit sp1,placa de retea Realtek si placa wireless Atheros AR9285.
Cand incerc sa ma conectez la internet  primesc eroarea "Error 651: The modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error" si daca dau la troubleshoot imi spune "local area connection doesn't have a valid ip configuration".Insa am descoperit ca daca dau bridge connections intre Local Area Connection si Wireless Network Connection merge sa ma conectez normal.As vrea sa stiu daca puteti sa imi spuneti care este problema.
Va multumesc anticipat!

Interent de la RDS, nu?

 

Incearca sa faci chestia asta:

- opreste calculatoul;
- dupa ce s-a oprit, scoate bateria;
- scoate mufa de la cablul de retea;
- asteapta vreo 30 de secunde;
- introdu mufa de la cablul de retea in placa de retea;
- introdu bateria in laptop si porneste-l.

 

Daca nu merge asa, incearca sa stergi conexiunea PPoE, sa dezinstalezi si reinstalezi driver-ul placii de retea si apoi sa refaci conexiunea.

 

Daca nici asa nu merge, contacteaza-i pe cei de la RDS si comunica-le mesajul de eroare. Ar trebui sa te poata ajuta.

 

P.S: De asemenea, eroarea poata aparea si din cauza problemelor de retea a celor de la RDS.
