Da, se poate. Daca vrei sa nu apari online pentru nimeni, atunci dai click pe rotita (settings) din coltul dreapta jos, aferenta chat-ului si selectezi optiunea: Turn Off Chat

Daca vrei sa apari Online/Offline doar pentru anumite persoane, atunci dai click pe rotita din coltul dreapta jos, alegi optiunea Advanced Settings si alegi de acolo optiunea dorita:
