Problema Windows Firewall Settings Cannot Be Displayed!?

Cum rezolv aceasta problema: Windows Firewall settings cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running. Do you want to start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service?? Am gasit eu ceva pe net insa nu mi-a mers.  Faza e ca din cauza asta nici nu pot descarca fisiere .exe. Virusi nu am deoarece abia am facut Windowsul si nu am descarcat nimic altceva care sa imi viruseze PC.

Incearca sa te duci in Start => Run => scrii netsh winsock reset apoi dai click pe ok. Dai restart la PC si vezi daca s-a rezolvat.
