Problema cont premium Minecraft

cred ca de vreo 6 luni am premium pe minecraft si azi am jucat pe lumea hardcore si am murit...si am iesit fara sa dau delete world si acum cand vreau sa intru cu contu premium folosind minecraftul de la ei ma lasa sa intru insa ma da ca player fara premium...ce sa fac?

Mi-au dat asta pe mail si dupa nu a mai mers,ce au zis pe twitter ca sa le dau mesaj la contact si le-am dat si acum o sa raspunda...cred ca numai primesc nimic....da tot nu i las pana nu imi vad contul inapoi o sa i sacai pana o sa se sature:| dupa 6 luni imi zic chestia asta
