imi da eroarea asta cand vreau sa fac upload si nu stiu cum sa fac conversia in utf8 

am descarcat convertoru da nu stiu unde sal pun si nu merge

Il pui unde vrei tu pe host si accesezi URLu cu index.php.

Exemplu daca urci folderu utf8convert in public_html:
