Aprindere blit atunci cand sunt sunat pe iOS/Android?

Salutari, am vazut la multa lume ca atunci cand le suna telefonul (s-ar putea si cand primesc mesaje), fie ca este pe Android (de obicei Samsung) fie ca este iOS, li se aprinde si blitul, intermitent. Este o aplicatie care face chestia asta sau este o setare din telefon? Intreb mai mult de curiozitate, nu mi se pare chiar ceva interesant, dar nu stiu cum se poate face.

Pentru Android, se poate face din Setari/Settings -> Accessibilitate/Accessibility -> Auz/Hearing -> Notificare prin blit/Flash Notification
*daca nu iti apare setarea, exista si aplicatii care fac acelasi lucru precum Flash Alerts 2

Pentru iOS: Configurari/Settings -> General -> Accesibilitate/Accessibility -> bifezi Blit LED pentru alerte, de sub Auz/Hearing.
