Alimentatie Pentru Oprirea Imbatranirii !

Vrei sa incetinesti procesul de imbatranire? Iata cateva solutii:

1. mananca zilnic cel putin 5 portii de cruditati.

O portie inseamna jumatate de ceasca de fructe si legume taiate, un fuct de marime mijlocie sau 170 g de suc proaspat.

2. variaza, nu consuma zilnic acelasi soi de fructe sau legume.

3. pentru a beneficia de o cantitate maxima de antioxidanti alege cruditati inchise la culoare.

Pigmentii indica prezenta antioxidantilor, asa ca cu cat mai inchisa este culoarea, cu atat mai mult pigment si, deci, cu atat mai multi antioxidanti primesti.

4. nu poti consuma cruditati din cauza afectiunilor intestinale?

Prepara-le la abur, este cea mai buna metoda de a pastra antioxidantii sau fierbe-le usor, cat sa ramana inca tari (al dente). Fierberea indelungata, in schimb, ii distruge.

5. legumele si fructele portocalii, bogate in beta-caroten, sunt de preferat a fi consumate nu crude, ci usor fierte.

Prin aceasta metoda se stimuleaza absorbtia beta-carotenului.
