Cei de la Activision au confirmat existenta modului Zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops. Exact ca in Call of Duty: World at War, este vorba despre un mod coop pentru patru jucatori. Cele patru harti vor fi disponibile si in Call of Duty: Black Ops, dar numai pentru jucatorii ce vor achizitiona editiile Prestige si Hardened.
