Toate Firmele De Gazduire Ofera Acces Ftp?

Salut, as vrea sa-mi iau un host prin sms. M-ar interesa sa stiu daca toate hosturile au acces FTP pt. ca am nevoie sa incarc IPB-ul. Daca nu ar avea acces FTP, cum altfel pot incarca IPB-ul?

Daca nu ofera filemanager sau ceva cont FTP, nu inteleg de ce se mai numeste hosting, ca sa instalezi ceva ce te obliga ei sau ceva script default gratis, mai bine nu platesti :)
