Laptop-ul merge doar cu placa video integrata!?

Salut.
Laptop HP p142 nl
AMD A10-5745M with AMD Radeon HD 8610G 768MB integrated graphics card
AMD Radeon R7 M260 2GB (dedicated graphics card)
12GB RAM
Windows 10 64 bit
Problema consta  in aceea ca  laptopul meu nu utilizeaza placa video dedicata amd r7 m260, ci pe acea integrata amd hd 8610g.Cum se poate de remediat aceasta?deoarece am observat in mai multe jocuri ca apare numai placa video de 768 mb adica aceasta integrata.Am citit pe niste forumuri mai multi au aceasta problema dar rezolvare nu am gasit.Am setat in catalyst, la alimentare nimic nu o face sa se porneasca. Am urmarit cu programul AMD System Monitor si numai cea integrata lucreaza ,cealalata la 0 sta cind sunt in  jocuri.In deveice manager o arata .Cum pot s-o pornesc si pe aceasta?In bios nu am setari referitor la video.

In Bios nu am setari pentru placa video,sunt ascunse. driverele  sunt la zi actualizate la fel si update la bios e facut.

IN catalyst am pus pe Hight Performance,oricum in gta 5 o vede doar pe cea integrata,+ in csgo sau alta joaca o pornesc si deschid programul AMD system monitor se vede ca functioneaza pe grafic doar cea integrata,cea dedicata nici o zvicnire. NU inteleg care e problema caci multi au asemenea problema si nici o rezolvare concreta.

oriunde ma uit o arata numai pe aceasta integrata. cealalata nici o zvicnire, si teoretic ar trebui sa mearga mai bine in jocuri cu 2 GB placa video, adica  joc cs go la setari minime cu 80 fps.  si la intrare in joc la iesire  are anumite scadari,care nu cred ca ar trebui sa fie la parametrii laptopului

Nenea, faptul ca ai 2gb nu inseamna ca placa video e buna. Confunzi viteza cu memoria.. Exista placi video foarte slabe dar care au multa memorie video. Nu spun ca asta e cazul, ci spun ca argumentul 'dar are 2gb' nu e deloc solid. De exemplu si 710m de la nvidia vine in varianta cu 2gb memorie..si degeaba.

 

Cat despre problema ta, daca zici ca in BIOS nu e nimic si nu te lasa sa dezactivezi macar placa integrata, e o problema de drivere. Incearca sa dai un mail catre cei de la AMD pentru suport, sau celor care tiau facut laptopul(HP). Eu am dat mail de cateva ori la ASUS cu intrebari despre laptop si miau raspuns la obiect. A durat cateva zile dar au fost ok.

ai reinstalat ultimu driver de la AMD + facut pasii astia: (la punctul 9 incepe partea cu AMD)

1. Click the “Start” button and select “Programs.”

2. Click “Catalyst Control Center.”

3. Click “Power” and select “Switchable Graphics.”

4. Choose an application from the list or browse and select an application and assign the appropriate GPU.

5. If you want to permanently turn on the AMD Switchable Graphics, Click on “Power” tab and then on “Switchable Graphics Method.”

6. Check “Select the graphics processor manually or based on power source”

7. Click on “High-performance GPU” and click “Apply.”
