If i change PC parts should i reinstall Windows?

So, my question is that if I change all my pc parts ,except for my hdd where I have all my content (including windows),and I start the pc , will it run as nothing would’ve happened or I would have to install windows again and do all that hard work you have to do when you buy a new pc?

If your keep the HDD you don't have to install the windows.

If you keep the HDD, but you will change CPU, MOBO, GPU, more than 90% chances the Windows will fail. You will need to repair it if it's possible, or you will need to reinstall it.

You need to reinstall the windows to get rid of the old drivers and settings. For a optimal use. If you have more partitions then only the windows partition will be reformated
